• research and publication of reports concerning working conditions within the whole supply chain of electronic goods
• writing and publishing reports articles, company ratings and rankings in websites, newspapers  and youth and consumer magazines
• developing and disseminating awareness raising tools (consumer guides, brochures, summaries of reports)
• developing educational tools for teachers & educators working with youngsters
• organising different awareness raising actions together with other partners
• capacity building workshops for NGOs and institutions in CEE
• lobbying;  business dialogue meetings with companies, consumers and consumers organisations and developing recommendations for electronic industry
