The following participants had been invited and has become members of the Strategic Action Advise Body:

- experts dealing with working conditions from:
- Central Institute for the Work Protection,

- the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy representatives,
- the National Labour Inspectorate representatives.
It is especially worthy of notice that all our invitations to become a member of the SAAB were accepted. A positive response from various social actors shows that the issues that the project focuses at are perceived by them as very important and necessary to be raised in public discussion and that there is a need to mobilize decision makers to focus on strengthening the protection of the labour rights in super/hyper markets.
Until now three SAAB meetings took place in Warsaw. The meetings were very successful and had an innovative character. Different groups of public actors involved in the matter had the opportunity to gather in order to share their experiences and discuss the issues from different points of views. The project provided the platform that is used not only for discussion but also for effective cooperation. With every meeting the SAAB was closer to developing final recommendations aiming at improving the working conditions of women employed in super/hypermarkets.
