KARAT Coalition is able to conduct its statutory activities due to a financial support received from EU and national institutions, private foundations and organizations as well as individuals who appreciate our efforts towards improving legal and economic situation of women in Central & Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

Almost 80 per cent of our annual budget is spent on activities within the three main KARAT’s programmes: women’s human rights, gender in development and social & economic justice. We allocate 15 per cent of it to fundraising activities which are necessary to guarantee a continuity of our initiatives and work. Small amount of money goes to administration since our work demands qualified and committed staff.

KARAT Coalition would not be able to fulfil its mission without financial support of diverse organisations, foundations, institutions and individuals. Since 1995 KARAT has received financial assistance from over 40 donors. We greatly appreciate their support.
