This mini- guide deals with mobbing, discrimination on the ground of sex, gender and sexual harassment. It is addressed mainly to the female workers in super- and hypermarkets. It offers a practical hints how to recognize discrimination, mobbing and sexual harassment, and how to deal with the situation. This mini-guide aims to fill a gap since there is a low awareness on gender discrimination and the women’s  rights in a work place in Poland.
